Styx. A river in Greek Mythology which linked the world of the living to that of the dead. What does this have to do with the mouse? Nothing. Anyways let us get to reviewing this familiar looking rodent.
Most of those who attended the Battle of the Rodents may have tried the Styx, from what I personally heard reviews varied, from not bad, to quite good, to too big, too bulky, etc. So let’s take a more in-depth view now shall we?
First off, seeing the mouse in it’s package looks pretty. Nice deep red, all need and shiny. The mouse looks good, should be a hitter with female rodents. However it does strike a disturbing resemblance to the Logitech G5 rodent, only it’s larger.
Lets open the packaging. Looks pretty as stated before, however the packaging feels cheep. Not to be picky, however most have seen Razor’s packaging. Straight to the point packaging with no decorations, just white soft plastic packaging, the mouse and a mini-disk.
The package states a 7 button mouse. Left and right buttons, fast DPI and slow DPI, up and down side buttons, and middle mouse button. Goody, more then enough.
Ecstatically pretty overall.
